Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers for buyers comparing factory-direct supply — orders, customization, shipping and export documents.
Are you a manufacturer or a middleman?
We are factory-direct. Frames are welded, bodies painted, carts assembled and inspected in our own plant in Dezhou, Shandong, China. The team that quotes your order is the same team that builds and ships it.
Where is your factory located? Can we visit?
Our plant is in Dezhou, Shandong, inside China’s concentrated low-speed electric vehicle supply chain. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment — contact us on WhatsApp before you travel and we will help with directions from Dezhou East Railway Station — the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed rail stops there, with direct trains from both Beijing and Shanghai.
Can you build carts with our brand or custom colours?
Yes. We support OEM branding (decals and logos), body colour, seat upholstery colour and add-ons such as windshields, canopies and rain enclosures, cargo beds and utility racks. Share your market and usage, and we confirm feasible options in writing before ordering.
What battery options do you offer?
D-series carts are specified with a 72V 120Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery, BMS and an on-board charger. Lead-acid batteries or other lithium capacities are available on request — tell us your range and terrain for a recommendation.
Can carts with lithium batteries be shipped by sea?
Yes. Lithium batteries can be shipped when the required documentation and packaging are in place. We confirm the document requirements (such as the UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and dangerous-goods packaging) and the final shipping method with you in writing before each order.
What export documents do you provide?
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, and provide a certificate of origin (CO, or Form E where applicable). We also assist with certification documents required by your destination port or market.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model and configuration. We work with first-time trial orders as well as regular distributor volumes, and quantities are quoted case by case. Send us the model and quantity on WhatsApp and we will reply with a concrete offer.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the configuration and the current production schedule. When you confirm an order we state the estimated lead time and shipping date in writing, and keep you updated until delivery.
How do I get a quotation and the catalog?
Message us on WhatsApp with: the model or seat count, quantity, colour and add-ons if any, and your destination port. We will reply with an FOB/CIF quotation, a spec sheet and the catalog. We support English, Chinese and Arabic.
Do you supply spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. We keep a parts catalog for our models — wear parts such as brakes, tyres and windshields, and upgrade parts are available for export. We provide maintenance guidance with every shipment and can set up a parts plan for fleet orders.
Are your carts allowed on public roads?
Regulations for low-speed vehicles differ by country and region. Our golf and utility carts are designed primarily for golf courses, resorts, campuses, parks and other private or non-public areas. If you plan public-road use, tell us the destination and usage — we will clarify what can be supported and which documents may be needed. Final approval always rests with your local authority.
